March Food Recipe

During SXSW, I rarely eat a decent meal which really takes its toll by the end of the week. My diet will usually consist of free breakfast tacos, bbq, and food trailer cuisine. Normally, I like to set a goal to eat only fruits and veggies before I leave the house and when I get home at the end of the night. What actually ends up happening is I heat up a bowl of queso and dive into it with a bag of tortilla chips. Here’s the simple recipe I use for queso.

Queso

  • 16oz block of Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can of Ro*tel – (I like medium spiciness)

Put the two ingredients into a bowl and into the microwave until the velveeta is completely melted. You can never go wrong with this mixture.
